Eight cottages on a ridge lot on Verda Lane in Keizer, a little under two acres, in the Gubser area. Four are two-bedroom houses around 1,100 square feet. Four are three-bedroom houses around 1,200 square feet, set on the ridge with decks.
Nobody shares a wall. Each house has a private yard. The shared green space is how the court meets. From the lane they read as one place: board and batten, light walls, black roofs, black windows.
They were planned as rentals for young families and for people who want a smaller house of their own. Duplexes and townhomes were drawn for this acre. Cottages kept the yards and the green, and they fit this parcel. A rent is not published here.
This is middle housing, specifically a cottage cluster. It is not a townhome row.
